performance. In addition to her work in career and organizational development,
Robin has 20 years experience in a variety of industries including employment
services, publishing, broadcast media, marketing, law, and hospitality. She is a
member of the American Society for Training and Development as well as the
Organization Development Network, and she serves as Board Member and
Communications Chair for the California Career Development Association.
A Registered Professional Career Counselor, Robin holds a Master’s in Career
Counseling with MBA coursework in Organizational Behavior, Change Management,
and Leadership. She is currently completing a second Master’s in Human Resources
Management.
